The Perfect Granola
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats (for grain-free granola sub unsweetened shredded coconut)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (or nut of your choice)
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon OR 2 drops doTERRA cinnamon oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dump all ingredients into a large bowl and stir. Pour onto a large pan, lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, pull out to stir. Bake 10 more minutes OR until golden brown. ENJOY!
