Blender Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 4 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and process until combined. Add 1/3 cup chocolate chips if you like (our fav are Lily’s dark chocolate chips sweetened with Stevia). Pour your batter in a greased loaf pan. Place in oven and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Slice and serve.
This freezes really well too!
