Egg Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp mayo (Primal Kitchen)
- 1 tbsp Dijion mustard
- S & P to taste
- Fresh dill, chopped
Directions:
Boil and peel eggs. Next, add all ingredients to a bowl and mash until combined and the texture you desire. Top with fresh dill. Serve over toast or “potato toast”.
