Sautéed Green Beans with Lemon
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh green beans (you can find in produce section) or 2 bags
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced or grated
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 zest of one lemon or use doTERRA lemon essential oil 5 drops
- 1/2 cup chicken stock or you can use water instead
Directions:
Heat large skillet to medium-high heat. Add the olive oil, and green beans, toss to combine. Add the stock or water, cover, bring to a boil, and cook until liquid evaporates and beans are tender.
Next, add the minced garlic, salt and pepper, and lemon zest or essential oil. Toss to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until garlic is cooked. Enjoy!
