Most of us live pretty busy lives and we want to “be healthy”, right? Sometimes “healthy” seems overwhelming doesn’t it? Like knowing you need to eat more fruits, veggies, and superfoods.
I personally eat lots of fruits and veggies but I could always do better! This is one of the many reasons I love incorporating green juice into my daily routine! We need all of those vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and polyphenols. Why?
