Meditation aka quieting the mind has been a habit I’ve been working on in 2019. I’m getting better about making it a habit that comes naturally, easily, and is a non-negotiable. But dang, it’s kinda hard sometimes .
I don’t know about you but my mind is constantly filled with all the things I need to do. Or think I need to do Just proof I need to meditate.
